yum yum. pepper lunch express at raffles city food court. I've had it for 3 meals in a row! heehee. the quantity is less than the restaurant, but hey, the price is much less too. it's only $4.90 for the beef pepper rice. and if you use the food junction card, it's only $4.40. cheap! you can add $1 for 30g of meat, or upsize to 50% more with $2.

by the way, just to share with fellow B-PPers, the food junction card only costs $2 for a whole year, and you get 10% off all food bought at the food court. it's really worth it. just get the card at the management office in the food court. the process is really simple. just fill in the form with some personal particulars, pass it back to the management office. you can collect the card in a weeks' (i think ;p ) time.
